This seems to be a linux utility. I can't comment on that right now, need to look into this.

But if your diag test is working then you DDR should be fine.

One thing I would like to confirm is if you are running both the test on same core? If this memtester is a linux utility you would be running it from A72, can you please confirm if you can run the PDK memtest from A72 as well without any issues?

Also, can you please elaborate on your use case here? I would be able to help you better.

As we know, diag test just test DDR address from 0x80000000 to 0xFFFFFFFF,only 2G density, bur DDR chip is 4GB, so diag test is a limitation

Diag test is running on  MCU1_0 core, memtester is running on A72 core.

It seems Diag test can't run A72 core, or may you provide the method to run it on A72?

We met some similar DDR bitflip issues. So just want to check our board's DDR related module(include DDRSS, PHY...) is OK or NOT?

Apologies for delay in response, You should be able to run the diag test on A72. What issues are you facing with that?
