Are AM335x USB IBIS models still not available today(2023/7)?
Do you have any plans to offer it in the future?

Looks like AM335x IBIS model does not include USB simulation.

Hello O.H,

I received inputs from the simulation expert. We do not currently support USB simulation with the available IBIS models.
