I was wondering if anyone has had experience in developing their own DM3730 and TPS65950 based printed circuit board. I am a little concerned about the pitch on these IC's. Any experience (good or bad) would be appreciated. Thanks.

We don't have any direct experience yet, but will shortly. Gerbers are available for the Beagleboard, which uses both chips. They appear to be using filled microvias directly on the BGA pads, and were careful to keep data bus lines the same length to equalize propogation delays. Let me know if you have gained any experience in the mean time.
