TDA4VM: DDR initialization triggers data fault

I called the function "Board_DDRInit(false)",it triggers a data fault,the data fault address is 0x02990000,the address is 

CSL_COMPUTE_CLUSTER0_CTL_CFG_BASE,why I read the register triggers a data fault？
