SK-AM62: How to set isolcpu

Hello Champs,

Customer is using ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am62xx-evm-08.06.00.42 kernel and u-boot，he tried to add isolcpu=1-3 to uEnv.txt3, but the PID 1 is still in core 0~3. 

So how to set isolcpu=1-3? Need to modify cmdline?
