Customer can program flash on OMAPL138EZWTA3, but it can't program flash when using OMAPL138EZWTA3E secure version. It prompted below error.

There is no design support available from TI on the secure OMAPL138 since 2020 due to lack of expertise on this legacy DSP device. Please leverage existing resources on ti.com and E2E for this effort.
