Interpolation Spline and Lagrange

Hello,
i looking forward to implement and measure two basic interpolation methods.
Has anyone every tried to implement one of those and can provide me some experience data?

Since writting in assembly is to complex i'm writing it in c and analyze the compiler output.

Hi,

its a 67X architecture. More precisely the C6701. The second dsp is a 67+. We use the 67+ to compare our results.
I´ve already implemented the lagrange interpolation using the fastRTS library and found the bottleneck inside the division function. It looks like a c implementation is more practicable than a pure assembler. Obviously not the fastest. It were cool if someone had already benchmarked this, so that we can compare performance values.

Bernhard,

We do not have the implementation of the Lagrange or spline interpolation in any of our DSP libraries but I have used an efficient C based spline implementation that is mentioned below, for some of my image processing projects
