SK-AM62: flash SD uboot uEnv.txt to emmc

Hi Shine,

uEnv.txt is for MMC SD card boot only. 

There's an earlier e2e post on "saveenv" to eMMC on AM57xx device.

Will you have a look at it to see if it helps on your setup?
