AM62A7: How to use sysconfig to config LPDDR4?

The parameters in configA option,I know it can be gotten in datasheet.

But Timing A and B，where can I get it?

Because our board will change the ddr IC from SAMSUNG to ISSI.

All of the parameters should be taken from the DDR datasheet. Note that most will be the same if you are using a similar memory if the memory is JEDEC compliant. IO settings like drive strength and termination can be obtained from board simulations.

Is there some specification to explain these parametes,such as tADR(ns) etc.

How to be correlated to the DDR datasheet?

The LPDDR4 JEDEC spec and/or datasheet will have explanation of all of the parameters. For example, you can find tADR in the timing section of any LPDDR4 datasheet:
