We have the target impedance value for the core voltage and the DDR voltage.

Please refer below inputs received from the simulation expert on  the Die capacitance 

Pl point the customer to the app note SPRAD66 for answers to the Die capacitance. Section 3.5.1.

There is no target impedance specification for DDR power as we do not follow a targetZ based methodology. The power-aware simulation methodology for LPDDR is detailed in Section 3.

Thank you for checking it with the simulation expert. Per my customer, they are thinking to perform simulation based on our guidelines below:

Their understanding is package model and on Die Capacitor model are required (S-parameter or SPICE equivalent circuit) to perform simulation written in the application note. Is their understanding correct?
