Along with the sys-config file, did you have a chance to look at the TRM - Technical reference manual.

If not, i would suggest you to have a look at the TRM as i check internally.

From my point of view, it should be feasible. I still would like to get your confirm for that.

Please refer the TRM for the EPWM registers. The TBPRD register that controls the frequency seems to be common for EPWMx_CMPA and EPWMx_CMPB
