TMS320C6748: 512 fft Optimization library

I am using code composer studio v5.3 which is supporting simulation for TMS320C6748 and I want to Optimize the 512 fft operation in my code is there any specific library which will help me out to do that

Please check the DSPLIB: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/C64XPLUS-C66X-C674X-DSPLIB/3.4.0.0, which has optimized FFT library.

Is that library supports simulated environment in code composer studio v5.3? I checked that it is not working and it showing load error.
