Booting New SK-AM69A

Part Number: SK-AM69

Hi,

I am having trouble getting the SK-AM69 to boot. The included SD Card seems to be blank.

I programmed a miniSD card using the processor-sdk-linux-docs-AM69.tar/docs/linux/Overview/Processor_SDK_Linux_create_SD_card.html procedure, using TI provided tisdk-edgeai-image-j784s4-evm.wic using the bmaptool procedure to program the card. The HW setup guide spruj70.pdf says I should change SW dip switches to OFF OFF OFF (I guess it ships ON OFF OFF), interestingly there are 4 dip switches, but only three are documented in the guide.  I then inserted the card into J32

Serial enumerates four ports on my host pc, ttyUSB0/ttyUSB1/ttyUSB2/ttyUSB3, serial port led is red after connected.  Connected minicom to each with 115200 8/N/1 and cycled the board.  I'm not seeing any output.

I moved it to SPI and eMMC boot, but I suppose neither is programmed either.

I'd like to get to a point where I can get uboot started and completely boot off the sd card or uboot off tftp/nfs to bring up the system, but I'll do whatever you suggest to get the system booting. I must be missing something, but I am not sure.  Any advice?

Thanks,
Dan
