Which is mentioned in TI safety Manual RESET-10

    The intention here is that when the main domain reset is initiated by software a reset isolation sequence needs to occur before the reset occurs. Software will need to program a DM timer to time the reset isolation sequence completion. The correct sequence is Reset-Request, Interrupt generation, kick-off timer, wait for reset_iso_done_z bit to go low, then propagate reset.  For some reason if reset isolation bit does not go low then, the timer will expire.

    So the intention is to program a timer to time the reset isolation sequence before the main domain reset occurrence.
