SK-AM62: Launch issue

We are following the quick start on your web page.

Connect the HDMI cable to the board and connect it to the display.
Power supply (up to 33W) is provided by USB-typeC.

However, nothing appears on the display.
I also tried a serial connection via USB-typeB, but there was no response.

If you know how to find out what the problem is in this situation, we would like to know.

Hello,

Do you see any print logs inside the terminal? Also, what type of EVM are you using (GP, HS-FS, etc?)

PCB revision is PROC114E3.

We cannnot print log since we cannnot control terminal.

Hello,

Did you change the tiboot3.bin binary? I believe you have a GP board and you are loading hs binary.
