We want to use UART to print log for SW debug. Do you have any advice to us? Or All the UART port can be used to print log out?
Currently, we plan to use UART0, not MCU_UART, to print log.

I have tested on the board. I just needed to cross check real quick before replying.
So, if you want the logs to be on MAIN_UARTx instead of default MCU_UART0, then you can probably go ahead and select MAIN_UART0, and you should be able to see the logs.
MAIN_UART1....6 will not show any logs on the COM PORTs.
The reason only MAIN_UART0 will show logs is because that's how the schematics is. Please find the image below.
Also, note one more thing about the designated UARTs for different logs. Please have a look below.
TIFS logging console - MAIN_UART1
DM logging console - WKUP_UART0
MCU+SDK console - MCU_UART0
