TDA4VP-Q1: Can SPI interface be connected to SPI flash memory?

Hi Expert,

Can we use the SPI (not OSPI/QSPI) to connect to SPI flash memory? This memory don't need to store the bootloader, just is used as a memory. Is this supported in both Hardware and Software? Thanks.

When you say SPI do you mean MCSPI instance to be used to connect to SPI memory?
