GPMC interface to non-multiplexed SRAM (A0 address line connection)

Hi all,

I need to interface a SRAM-liked device with 16-bit wide data, address lines A[7:0], non-multiplexed protocol.  

Where should the A0 address line of the device be connected to since AM37x/DM37x does not provide the A0 byte address line?

Kindly enlighten.
