I need your help with getting below data for AM62x Processors in any one of the LOW POWER MODE

1. Does this support CAN wakeup in low power mode? What is the typical wakeup time? (Target of 50ms)

2. Which is the lowest power mode with RTC operational? What is the typical current or power consumption in this mode?

Hi Sai,

Currently the resume time from DeepSleep mode is >200ms.

50ms is not achievable on AM62x.

Hi Sai,

AM62x power consumption will be in 7-10mW (Core Rails) range in DeepSleep mode in nominal conditions.

Typically the IO power is board / application dependent. The total power for SOC + DDR ( LPDDR4) in Deep Sleep Mode is in the ~15-18 mW range at 0.75V CVDD under nominal conditions.
