Part Number: TMS320C6713B

I'm using CCS v5.3 to compiler and run code on simulator for TMS320C671B target configuration. I could able to code and run my program. Now I want to do CPU profiling on Simulator. Is there a way to do that. I mean how to measure CPU cycles in simulator. Is there any cycle count registers available that I can read and measure cycles.
