Why PRU-ICSSG example is removed at MCU+ SDK 9.0.of AM64X?

Hi Philip,

Starting from MCU+SDK 9.0, the industrial protocol libraries and examples will be part of a separate release as mentioned in the SDK release notes: AM64X_09_00_00_35/RELEASE_NOTES_09_00_00

Industrial Comms SDK is planned to be released by first week of September (tentative).
