SK-AM62: Regarding CAN reception

I installed a CAN transceiver on the board to receive CAN data sent from outside. I have TX connected to pin 16 and RX to pin 22.

The sample code "mcan_loopback_polling_am62x-sk_m4fss0-0_freertos_ti-arm-clang" is used.
Since there are no plans to transmit CAN from the board this time, the transmission part of the sample code is commented out.
However, when I load the code into M4F_1 and check its operation, it seems that it is not able to escape from the do-while statement in the receiving part. (lines 167-171)
I use an oscilloscope to confirm that the signal is coming to the entrance of the board.

How can I check only the received part?
The SDK and CAN transceiver used are as follows.

MCU+SDK：09_00_00_19
CAN transceiver: R-REF03-CAN1

Hello,

The default MCAN example in the MCU+SDK is an internal loopback example, if you want to make it work with an external CAN transceiver, you will have disable the internal loopback mode.

You can disable it by setting the App_mcanConfig function to false in mcan_loopback_polling.c (C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am62x_09_00_00_19\examples\drivers\mcan\mcan_loopback_polling\mcan_loopback_polling.c)

I set the App_mcanConfig function to FALSE, but I still haven't received it.
I checked how to connect the external transceiver on the link, but by default, MCAN0_RX must use pin 8 of J3, and MCAN0_TX must use pin 10 of J3?
When I check page 59 of the sk-am62 user guide, it appears that pins 16 and 22 of J9 are compatible with MCAN0_TX/MCAN0_RX, but is there a way to use them?

Hi,

Please verify the syscfg configuration settings, by default it is set to MCU_MCAN1, so accordingly pins should be connected.
Also, can you let us know how are you sending over the data?

Hi,

The pin settings are set to MCU_MCAN0.

Data transmission uses CANalyzer to transmit data.
