TDA4VM: How to modify CPU frequency of C7x？

Hi TI experts,

Env:RTOS8.4+not evm board

Our custom wants to modify the CPU frequency of C7X for some testing.

Following the log printf and found that there was not achieved but only printf in psdkra/vision_apps/utils/misc/src/app_cpu_hz_freertos.c file.

Hi,

Please refer the below heading in the FAQ to change the C7x freq. in SBL and SPL boot flow.

2. Change in the clock frequency for the core based on the speed grade or power optimization
