AM623: How to make the SoC and DDR reach the highest temperature ?

Hi Experts:

We are doing ambient temperature experiments, we want to make the SoC and DDR reach the maximum temperature to test whether the whole device works stably, and design the heat dissipation system, please give some suggestions.
