8168 board scheme

hi all

I checkout the code from http://arago-project.org/git/projects/u-boot-omap3.git

and I get the scheme from http://support.spectrumdigital.com/boards/evm816x/revd/

when I check the code in lowlevel.s , I find that you put gpio 20 low and the other gpmc address pin with mux pin

this let me hard to understand the code , could you show me which board do you have for test the 8168 nor flash boot based on?

and , where can I get the scheme ?

Hi Xiongwei Huang,

The DM8168 base board does not have NOR flash. It is available only in the daughter card. The gpio 20 line is used to enable / disable the higher address lines of GPMC using a BUS exchange switch present on the daughter card.

If at all you are planning to use this NOR init code in lowlevel_init.S, then it has to be modified as per your board schematic (the NOR part)
