RTSC codec package structure is different now compared to old wizards??

Hi,

I am creating an RTSC codec package using the genCodecPkg wizard available in CCS4.2, integrated with Codec Engine version 3.20.01.18.

I could able to create the package successfully. However, I observed that there is 'ce' folder missing in the codec package, compared to the package that created using older wizards.

The following is the snapshot of the package created with old wizards.

Now, with genCodecPkg wizard the folder 'ce' (circled below) is missing. Why is this folder missing? Will it have any impact on my package?
