DM816x/C6A816x/AM389x Evaluation Module EZ SDK FAQ Question "How do I start developing on CCSv5" not specific enough.

The answer to the above question is to install CCSv5 and then :-

"The components delivered with CCS are not the same delivered with the SDK. For starting development use the latest components from the SDK installer. The components to be copied to the CCS installation are Code generation Tools, BIOS, IPC, XDAIS and XDCTools. SysLink (New version of DSPLink), Codec Engine, Framework components, C6accel and DSP libraries can be installed in the user folder to start development."

Is there more information about locations and also what is meant by "Code generation Tools".  Surely the CCS compiler/linker etc are the code generation tools.

Also are there any config files (GEL files?) for the evaluation board?

The Getting Started guide was pretty good in getting the board up and running and starting ARM/Linux development.  Quite frankly the information for developing on the DSP using the evaluation kit is pathetic.
