IBIS models are posted on the product page on ti.com. They are listed under the "design & development" section. Then, you can reduce the number of items be selecting "design tools & simulation". There, you will find the IBIS model. I put a link below that will take you directly to the "design tools & simulation" list, as well as a link directly to the IBIS model.
