AM62A7-Q1: stripline of DDR design guideline

Hello Experts,

In the DDR design guide line, there is a requirement of internal layer wiring (stripline). Why is this required?

The effects of EMI can be imagined, but if the system can address them, DDR operation will not be affected?

    Hi Ken, i think the requirements of stripline vs microstrip is to account for the different propagation delays for each routing.  I don't see a statement suggesting that they have to be routed stripline.  I think your reason to use stripline is correct, but this is not a requirement
