J784S4XEVM: The c7x resource usage is high

Hello Champs,


Customer is using app_tidl_od demos,  when running yolov5s6_384 model, the official speed is 6GFlops. But customer got 35% usage on c7x core. 

c7x has 8tops/1ghz while yolov5s6 is 1 frame/16ms.
