C66XX minimum DSP Clock frequency

What is the minimum  clock frequency that the C66XX DSP can be clocked at? For instance can the PLL's be set so that the DSP's run at 300 Mhz?

This would be done to save power.

    The devices are not designed to be under-clocked.  You can have failures running too slowly.  To insure proper operation they must be clocked at the frequency of the speed grade of the device. 

    Further, dropping the clock rate at the same voltage level would save some amount of the Activity power, but not affect the leak current which comprises a large amount of the total power consumption of the devices.

    There is support for IDLE and Hibernation modes on the device for reduce power consumption.
