Get error = timestamp of module on device does not match timestamp of local module.

I am trying to just re-compile and run an application ( CE6 RC3) without having to recompile the whole image and I get the following error.

PB Debugger Loaded 'C:\WINCE600\OSDESIGNS\AM35X_OSDESIGN\AM35X_OSDESIGN\RELDIR\AM35X_BSP_ARMV4I_RELEASE\SILVERLIGHTSAMPLE.EXE', timestamp of module on device does not match timestamp of local module.

I also get a message box that says that I can igore this warning and load the symbols by changing the settings in the debugger options but I can't seem to find where to change this.

Any ideas?
