AM3354: ADC input

Part Number: AM3354

We have thermometers connected to AIN0 to AN2 as single-ended.

The full scale range of the ADC is 0 to 1.8V.

It's 1.8V on both VDDA_ADC and VREFP while VREFN is connected to VSSA_ADC on the board.

However it seems that ADC only gives us ~ 900mV full scale.

Could it be ADC input setting was at differential? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Do you have a spec for the thermometer. Have you looked at the ADC input - does the input saturate.

Have you tried doing the measurements with ADC5..7?
