Another question:

Could I test sleeping in Standby mode and waking up via LAN on the Am62x EVB? 

The Doc (https://www.ti.com/lit/wp/sprad41/sprad41.pdf) shows:

Any SoC interrupt event could wake up the SoC.

Is there any TI SCK or device tree I can use to test WoL (Wake-on-Lan)?

TI doesn't have a plan to validate WoW specifically, but since WoW is just a GPIO wakeup from AM62x perspective, WoW should just work as long as GPIO wakeup is supported.

MCU GPIO wakeup is supported in current SDK 9.0, so if customer board design has the Ethernet PHY interrupt connected to a MCU GPIO pin, they can test WoW now with SDK9.0.

But If the customer board has the Ethernet PHY interrupt connected to a MAIN GPIO pin, they would have to wait until SDK9.1, which will have MAIN GPIO wakeup support.
