AM3352: Sudden stop and period deviation regarding DMTimer1

Hi experts,

My customer is experiencing an issue with DMTimer1 below.
Could you please tell me the cause and countermeasures?
If there is no information, information such as past similar cases may also be helpful.

Q1:If the CPSR.I bit is clear to 0 while the TCLR.ST bit of DMTIMER1MS is 1, the TCLR.ST bit becomes 0 and counting stops.

Q2:The cycle initially operates at 125ms, but as time passes, a shift occurs and the cycle changes to 123.9ms after 15 minutes.
The built-in RC23KHz is used, the counter and reload value are set to overflow in 125ms, and the system is operated with Auto Reload.

We need more information when customer is observing the issue, is that seem on specific board or intermittent.

Has customer tested the same on any other board or EVM and seen similar issues.

I information on the issue customer is facing is not clear for me to check internally.
