Linux C6x 2.0 Beta 2 Release for C66x and C64x devices

Beta-2 release for Linux MCSDK 2.0 is available at TI.com: URL. Release is also available at linux-c6x.org: URL.

 

Major updates compared to Beta-1 release includes:

* Hard Floating Point ISA Support for c66

* Big Endian Support for c66

* Re-added Support for c64x+

* NAND boot support to c64x+

* Improved build infrastructure

 

Linux Multicore Software Development Kit (MCSDK) provides support for feature rich Linux ecosystem to the TI Keystone and C64x family of single and multicore digital signal processors. The project is intended to bring in support for high performance applications to C6x family of devices.


This software release gives developers ability to evaluate major software capabilities for:

**KeyStone family devices TMS320C6678 and TMS320C6670.

**C64x Family Devices: TMS320C6472, TMS320C6474, TMS320C5455 and TMS320C6457.
