SDK RTOS for TDA4VL provide the following boot support:

6.2. J721S2 SBL — Platform Development Kit (PDK) - J721S2 User Guide (ti.com)

Will loop in appropriate resource for SDK Linux support of eMMC boot mode.

Hi,

Linux supports booting from emmc boot partition as well. Our EVM has 32MB of boot0 and boot1 partition. If your custom board has boot partition then yes Linux supports that and no need of ospi.
