TDA4VH-Q1: Does the tda4vh board support Memory Cyclic Redundancy Check (MCRC) Controller function?

The MCRC is a H/W module on the TDA4VH device so it is supported, as to whether there is S/W support in the TI SDKs:

For PSDK RTOS, there are examples of using the MCRC in the Software Diagnostics library (SDL):

The PDK also contains examples at

By the way, I downloaded the latest linux SDK  ti-processor-sdk-linux-adas-j784s4-evm-09_00_00_08.

In this SDK, I found a mcrc driver, that's  /ti-processor-sdk-linux-adas-j784s4-evm-09_00_00_08/board-support/linux-6.1.33+gitAUTOINC+8f7f371be2-g8f7f371be2/drivers/crypto/ti/mcrc.c.  Does it mean that you start to support mcrc in linux?

However,  this is the only file I found, it's not enough to understand and apply MCRC function. Could you give more information about this?

Hi,

I checked internally and this driver is validated on a different class of soc. So in summary the SDK for TDA4VH is not there.
