Hi,

I notice all PLLs in this family of device have SSMOD module except for PLL24.And DDR uses PLL12. Does it mean DDR Spread Spectrum is supported for TDA4VM?

Spread spectrum is not supported for the DDR PLLs.

Is this limited by SDK driver?Is it the same for all TDA4 series?

Yes, all TDA4 devices do not support spread spectrum on the DDR interface.

If you are trying to improve EMI, would suggest that you reduce the DDR target frequency.
