Load program to 16-bit ddr2 problem.

Hello!

I'm using 16bit datawidth DDR2 memory. DDR2 mem works well while program runs from IRAM. But running program from DDR2 fails. Downloaded program code looks like high word incorrect, but low word good. In both cases i use the same gel file. I'm a novice to dsp. Could anyone help me?
