TDA4VM: frame drop count

Hi,experts

       We  are  debugging camera on our custom board. The connection mode is as follows:

Now we have a problem. when using 8 cameras, the frame drop rate increases to 46%. But only using 4 camera on CSI0 and close CSI1,   frame drop is ok. 

The SDK used is 8.6.0.11.

    But in the above statistics, i dont see any drop in the capture node. Capture node seems to be running fine. Do you mean the total fps in the above statistics? 

    Can you share the detailed statistics for the capture node? 

    Also i see you have two graphs; second graph does not seem to be running at all. Is it expected?

    We set 30 fps in config, but ony 16fps in statistics. The frame drop count  is getting larger. And we get a video on h264 format. Opening the video, we can see that the picture is not coherent

         Thanks for you support. After many tests of 8 cameras ,we found  only using capture node is ok,  using capture node and encode node the  frame drop rate increased. So we  think SOC performance affects frame drop rate. But we are currently debugging our custom board, and we will optimize later. We would be very happy if you could give us any suggestions on this.

    are you trying to encoder 8 camera input? are what resolution and fps? If i remember correctly, encoder on TDA4VM can support 2CH 1080p @30fps only. For any higher number of channels, there could potentially be frame drops in the capture drop, because encoder will be slower in that case.
