We're trying to close it out this week. If you want to look at the App Note itself here's a link http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/sprabl4 but it may be a few more days to finalize some items on the power spreadsheet.

The Excel sheet is for TCI6616. Is there a sheet for C6678? Or, how to calculate power consumption for C6678 using the exist sheet?

The .pdf file is valid for all the Keystone Architecture power spreadsheets. The particular spreadsheet will be different by the device. I gave the link to the .pdf and not the zip file above because of this. The zip file for TCI6616 is another Keystone Architecture device, one for the C6678 will be out shortly. It will be posted on the C6678 page. Please look on this page for the posting of the zip file containing the power spreadsheet and app note when it's available. http://www.ti.com/product/tms320c6678

Just to wonder if the power spreadsheet has been released yet? since I design with multiple DSP C6678 in one design, I would like to know the power of DSP chip to plan my design.

Not quite ready yet, hopefully early next week. We had a couple hurdles to jump this week but we got over them, and now are working towards closing out the power spreadsheet.
