Hi,
I am using a board with DSP C6713 and a parallel flash. I want to boot from Flash and have a couple of questions.
The Bootmode pins are HD4 and HD3 and for the device to boot from Flash, HD4=0, HD3=1.
The datasheet says that HD4 has a IPD and HD3 has a IPU. Is this sufficient?
Or do we add external PUs and PDs?
Also in the following post

they talk about adding a pull-up on GP[13] for proper operation.
Is this still required?
