TDA4VM: Rpmsg question between MCU2_1 and MPU1_0

May I know which IPC are you referring to? PDK IPC or CDD IPC?

If the default ipc echo test is used on MCU2_1 and expecting the rpmsg_char_simple userspace example on A72 is being used then by default the rpmsg_char_simple uses the endpoint 14.

Hi, Tarun Mukesh, 

      MCU1_0 and MPU1_0 IPC works normally in my board , I can find the endpoint in Linux side after the PDK API RPMessage_announce() returns ok, the files likes this virtio0.rpmsg_chrdev.-1.xx . 

      However , when I try to use IPC between MCU2_1 and MPU1_0 , the PDK API RPMessage_announce() also returns ok at MCU2_1 , but I can't find the files like virtio0.rpmsg_chrdev.-1.xx . 

       I have no idea where the problems may be ,Can you give me some advice based on your professional perspective？

Can you share the logs after running the command "rpmsg_char_simple -r 3 -n 10" ?
and the logs for below commands as well
ls -l /lib/firmware/
ls -l /sys/bus/rpmsg/devices
