AM69A: PCIE 4-Lane Interface design guide required

The schematic includes how we designed in the 4 lane PCIe slot. Additionally, referencing the official PCI Express Card Electromechanical Specification Revision 3.0.pdf will provide useful information such as details on the required signals such as how much jitter is tolerated, eye diagrams, etc.

In terms of software, I can point you to a couple of different places:
