I don't think I understand the issue you are facing.
Why are the printed values for d-gain and ae-y negative?

Hi donhong,

"pExpPrm->Currenty" is not in TI's SDK code.
You will have to debug further in your modified source code.

Most likely, you have some integer overflow issue.
