AM623: Short circuits on CAP_VDDSx pins

Part Number: AM623

Hi,

I have a batch of PCBAs that have been manufactured with short circuits (caused by solder bridges) on some of the CAP_VDDSx pins to GND.

This was noticed as the unprogrammed boards are drawing an extra 100mA on top of expected consumption.

If possible, I'd like to know more about the internal paths between the CAP_VDDSx pin and the VDDSHV pins, and if any damage could be caused to the processor as a result of these shorts?

Thanks, Josh
