Let me reply the following.

1.Which SDK version are you using ?

→pdk_jacinto_08_05_00_36

2.Is it CDD IPC or PDK IPS(IPC LLD) you are talking about here ?

→Only CSL Mailbox

3.The IPC between which two cores are you trying out ?

→From Main DomainA72_0 to Main R5F SS0 

4.Are you using any TI provided example or your own implementation ?

→They use their own implementation, and they are using CSL.
They want to raise an interrupt when R5F receives in their mailbox.
However, they are having trouble finding the source name in Mailbox on the interrupt router of R5F SS0.
