AM6442: AM64x Linux SBL forecast

May I have a question about AM64x Linux SBL?

Is there any plan in AM64 SDK for boot Linux SBL by another boot device(e.g. GPMC, USB... )?

I think now AM62 could use UART for Linux SBL, So I think AM64 will be soon supported UART Linux SBL.

Hi GR-san,

Apologies for the delay in communication.

I have talked with the dev team & there is no roadmap at present for Linux SBLs from other media like GPMC, UART.

If necessarily required, you should be able to easily port the Linux SBLs from AM62x to AM64x for the required media as there isn't much difference.
