TDA4VM-Q1: Jacinto 7 Processor Power Distribution Networks: Implementation and Analysis (SPRACN5)

This application note has not been completed. However, there are several independent resources readily available for understanding Power Distribution Networks (PDN).  My favorite is "Signal and Power Integrity - Simplified" by Eric Bogatin. Understanding & applying the PDN fundamental design approaches as described in chapter 13 with the J721E (generic PN for TDA4VM) Preliminary PCB PI Targets available on CDDS (link below) that were derived from TI's EVM PCB & PDN scheme as shown in EVM SCHs available on TI website & CDDS (links below) will provide insights & realistic design guidance needed to complete an TDA4VM end product design.

In addition to 16-Lyr EVM PCB design, the 10-Lyr Reference PCB design is a follow-up reference design that removes extra EVM support circuitry to establish a starting point for a TDA4VM end product design.
